Senior IT Consultant
(Part-Time or Full-Time, Possible Telecommute)
Job Description
Conduct pre- and post-sales support for iTeam’s unique Service-as-a-Product IT and AV installation services. If you are ready to extend your skills beyond traditional remote and onsite client support, this position may be for you. You will exercise and expand your working knowledge of many technical areas like networking, servers, workstations, VoIP, and audio/video, to name just a few. Key to our approach is “packaging” your knowledge so that it is readily accessible and digestible by our project management staff, hundreds of onsite technicians, and thousands of solution sales reps.
You will be on the front line of supporting North America’s premier technology channels as you manage multiple projects simultaneously while leveraging our iPlatform software and its embedded services catalog and quotation system.
- Minimum five years’experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, supporting, and recommending technology in various business environments
- Specific experience in networking, Windows-based servers and workstations, and audio/ video
- Ability to learn and master new technologies in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required (10%-25%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Juniper, and Sonicwall certification(s) desirable
Project Coordinator
(Part-Time / Contract, Telecommute)
Job Description
Perform post-sales project management for iTeam's unique Service-as-a-Product IT installation services. For the self-directed individual with a passion for customer service, this is an opportunity to work on interesting projects all around the country without ever leaving your office while working with account managers, field engineers, and end customers.
Using the telephone and iTeam's iPlatform software, perform order entry and creation, scheduling, remediation, verifying the completion of the service(s), and releasing final payment to the field engineer.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail. When chaos occurs, this position requires the ability to stay focused, manage details, and keep projects on track. You must be able to prioritize your time and attention on-the-fly.

Sales Consultant
Job Description
Implement the agreed-upon sales plan while maintaining the accounts that you close by:
- Finding and closing Video Surveillance and Point-of-Sale solution providers to resell iTeam services
- Ramping new accounts from cold start to run rate revenue and forecasting revenue
- Understanding and communicating the agreed-upon iTeam company positioning and messages
- Identifying new prospects that fit the target profile and determining a desire to resell iTeam's services
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrating iTeam's capabilities
- Negotiating reseller agreements and driving reseller launch plans
- Writing service selling proposals and driving the sell-through of iTeam services
Requirements
- At least 5 years sales experience with a Video Surveillance or Point-of-Sale solution provider
- Proven success with finding, closing, ramping and managing Video Surveillance and Point-of-Sale solution providers
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong MS Office Suite skills, CRM and Internet meeting skills
- Ability to ramp to a $10M annual sales level and maintain a $10M annual goal
